I had a fantastic stay at Protur Naisa Palma Hotel! The location was superb, just a short walk from the city center and various attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, I did encounter a few issues with the room setup and the air conditioning, which slightly marred my experience.
